Order Processing

Thank you for shopping our store. We process orders usually within 3 business days (and never later than 5) and we will send your order via UPS Ground. Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada are subject to higher shipping/handling charges based on destination. Customer is responsible for all additional duties and taxes. Email customer service for information and pricing for international orders.

Cancellations/Returns

We will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, no additional charge or cancellation fee will be applied. Items cannot be returned for credit. If an item is damaged upon receipt, as a result of shipping it will be replaced at no charge.
